WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Case Manager is a non-exempt position responsible for assisting fathers to establish the responsibilities of parenthood. The Fatherhood Program will provide fathers opportunities to interact through joint participation in parenting skills workshops, support groups, and special events with their children. The Fatherhood Programs will also assist fathers, including those with prior involvement in the criminal justice system with achieving employment and educational goals and will integrate aspects of conflict management, violence prevention and other support services to support fathers with resolving issues and obtaining economic security.
