Case Aide - Part Time

Location: Clearwater, FL

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Elder Services Case Aide is a non-exempt position responsible for support of the Case Manager, Assistant Program Director, and Program Director.

  • Assist with processing authorizations at the direction of the Case Manager
  • Assist with resolving service delivery problems as needed at the direction of the Case Manager
  • Assist with evaluating client eligibility for programs, including assistance with Medicaid eligibility, when appropriate
  • Complete and submit accurate and timely documentation, including but not limited to maintaining client records
  • Assist with internal file monitoring
  • Provide clerical and client records support
  • Track and keep current various service logs and calendars
  • Complete required service reports as needed
  • Communicate with potential clients for evaluation of services and provide appropriate referrals as needed
  • Maintain established productivity requirements as established by the supervisor
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in fast paced, detail-oriented environment preferred
  • Must be computer literate including considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Must successfully complete 701b Assessment training and receive certification within 12 months of employment.
  • Must have a valid drivers' license with proof of auto insurance coverage.
