Program Supervisor

Location: New Port Richey, FL

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Program Supervisor is an exempt position responsible for coordinating and monitoring the activities of the program staff in a designated office to ensure quality and quantity of services delivered.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Oversees Senior Career Case Manager, Career Case manager and Administrative Assistant
  • Provide training for all new or in-need employees as required
  • Ensure all assigned team members perform their job according to performance standards
  • Conduct written monthly supervision with each individual staff member to determine/stimulate progress, service delivery, peer reviews and quality and quantity of work

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and monitor daily operating functions for assigned team
  • Monitor program staff activities to ensure quality and quantity of work and adequacy of client services
  • Coordinate regular administrative duties as assigned
  • Report results of the program staff activities on a monthly basis to the Program Director
  • Schedule regular staff meetings to provide updates on program development and to ensure uniformity of work within the office itself and within the program as a whole
  • Provide comprehensive case management to program participants
  • Establish employment sites for program participants and act as lead job developer for the office

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Associate Degree with a minimum of two (2) years experience required, and three (3) years of supervisory experience preferred
    • Or four (4) years of relevant experience, plus two (2) years in a supervisor position, may substituted for the required education
  • Must participate in at least 10 hours of training per year.
  • Must have the Workforce Professional I, II, and Management Certification.
  • Must have a valid drivers’ license and current auto insurance coverage.
