WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Training Coordinator is an exempt position responsible for understanding the specific training needs of the Unaccompanied Children (UC) program based on state licensing needs and the funder's cooperative agreement. The Training Coordinator will stay current with all Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) policy changes and develop a training curriculum to implement policy updates. The Training Coordinator plays a key role in developing and delivering training programs to support staff, volunteers, and community partners, ensures employees have the knowledge and skills needed to fulfill the organization’s mission effectively, and provides support to the Program Director, including maintaining the monthly reporting required by the funder and state licensing requirements.
