Senior Program Administrator

Location: Clearwater, FL

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Sr. Program Administrator is a non-exempt position responsible for providing administrative support to the Program Director, ensuring the efficient operation of work assigned, including, but not limited to, the implementation of efficient office procedures in accordance with company policies. The Administrator will provide training for all new or in-need staff, control all paperwork including updates, changes to Avatar, ordering supplies, gift cards, bus passes for all NCPEP and FAME locations, and will assist as needed with the Fathers Acquiring Mentorship & Enrichment (FAME) program.

  • Type all case-related materials including, but not limited to, program forms, client records and client correspondence; scan/upload forms to appropriate file locations.
  • Review/enter/e-file all intake, benchmark, and child support information.
  • Maintain and update staff training presentations in Teams.
  • Determine client eligibility.
  • Retrieve current child support reports and monthly discharged client child support payments.
  • Pull monthly and annual avatar reports for Program Director.
  • Order Greater Tampa Bay and Miami NCPEP and FAME office supplies, gift cards and/or other support services.
  • Update all NCPEP/FAME intake forms and DocuSign as needed.
  • Perform appropriate travel throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco counties as necessary.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • High school graduate and/or professional secretarial training program.
  • Eight (8) years of experience working with the NCPEP or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Must participate in at least 15 hours of continuing education/training per year.
  • Ability to perform a high volume of data entry.
  • Knowledge of general office procedures and office equipment.
  • Ability to deal professionally, courteously, and efficiently with people.
  • Ability to complete paperwork in a timely fashion.

  • Must have the Workforce Professional Certification 2.
